Income:(a) Total income must be 3x the monthly rent.(b) All income must be verifiable. ** 5. Credit HistoryA credit report will be obtained for each applicant of legal age. (a) Acceptable credit history is required. * 6. Employment(a) An employment background will be obtained for each applicant of legal age.(b) Employment must be verifiable.(c) Self employed applicants will submit the last 2 years of personal tax returns as verification of income. * 7. A Civil, Criminal, and Court Eviction background will be obtained for each applicant of legal age.
